All visitors to Saudi Arabia need a valid entry visa to the Kingdom. Event participants should obtain a business visa before travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The organizers will assist to obtain business visas for all attendees. However, visas are granted at the discretion of the Saudi authorities and assistance is given on the understanding that the organizers cannot be held responsible if the visa application is unsuccessful.
Important note:
Visas are required by everyone except for travelers holding a passport from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and UAE.
Visas can be obtained through Saudi Arabian Embassies.
In countries with no Saudi Arabian diplomatic representation, please contact the organizers.
Process of obtaining a Saudi Business visa for event participants:
Participants requiring assistance with their entry visa, must complete a visa form which is supplied by REC our local partner in KSA and email it to back to us ASAP upon completion.
Please make sure to read and comply to the visa instructions on page 2 of the visa form.
The organizers will submit a list of event attendees requiring visas to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia.
Upon approval by the Ministry, a reference number will be issued and circulated to all concerned Saudi embassies or consulates worldwide.
The organizers will in turn inform all concerned and issue a visa invitation letter for use to apply for your visa.
Prior to applying for your KSA visa, please check with the Saudi embassy or consulate in your respective country for the complete visa application requirements.
Participants should apply for their entry visas at Saudi embassies or consulates in their respective countries and include the visa invitation letter with reference number in their application.
Attendees should apply for their visa at least 6 WEEKS prior to travelling to the Kingdom considering a visit or business visa takes 4-5 weeks to process from application to collection.
Please note that the visa document is intended for a single-entry visa valid for use only during the event.
Please make sure to start the visa procedure at the earliest. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any attendee who fails to obtain his visa in time for the show.
The organizers in being the sole party responsible for issuing business visas for international attendees are liable towards the Saudi Immigration Authorities in case of overstay of any exhibitor beyond the allowed period stamped upon your visa or at the port of entry.
In case of unauthorized stay, an exhibitor is considered as an illegal subject and could be prosecuted. Furthermore, fines of up to 10,000 SR could be applied against him.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES WITHOUT EXCEPTION, ARE ADVISED TO DEPART THE COUNTRY ON OR BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE OF THEIR VISAS.
