Wael has 20+ year-experience in construction projects, where more than 12 years in Project Management and PMO services. He has executed different types of PMO for public and governmental sectors, and he is currently working with Atheel Contracting as COO. Wael has worked for local and international firms where his experience has covered different types of construction projects such as high-rise buildings, residential compounds, and educational buildings, and has worked in different technical and managerial positions. Wael holds BSc Civil Engineering, MSc in Project Management, and currently is a candidate for the degree of Doctor of Business Administration.
Harris Farooq

Harris is an Associate Director, MEP at Cundall KSA. A Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of MENA regional experience, Harris is adept in leading MEP services design teams located globally from concept & feasibility through to tender & post-tender services for diverse types of projects in the MENA region. With a primary technical background in mechanical engineering and Masters in energy optimizations for buildings, Harris focus lies in utilizing his skill set to lead the integrated design process, focusing on practicality, regional applicability, and sustainability of the design deliverable.
He has designed Tertiary care hospitals, LEED Gold Laboratories, Regional airports, LEED certified residential compounds, and Tier 4 certified Data Centres as well as authored the regional engineering code for healthcare.
